These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of hhsprints.com and any purchase made through it, operated by Hype Heaven Studios Inc., doing business as HHS Prints ("we," "us," "our"), based in British Columbia, Canada. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Placing an order authorizes us to begin production; your order typically enters our production queue within one business day.

2. Custom & made-to-order products

Every item is custom-decorated to your specification (embroidery, DTF, or DTG). Because it's made specifically for you, standard change-of-mind returns don't apply - see our Refund Policy.

3. Artwork & intellectual property

By uploading artwork for decoration, you certify you own or have the right to use it, per our Artwork Authorization & Reproduction Agreement, incorporated into these Terms by reference. We don't verify ownership or licensing of customer-submitted artwork.

4. Prohibited content

Every order is looked at by our graphic team before it goes into production - not as a customer proof or approval step (see "Orders are final" below), but as our own check before we print. If a design contains content that's unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights, we'll catch it there, cancel the order, and refund what you paid for it - no argument, no restocking fee.

5. Pricing

Prices are listed in CAD, exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. We may correct pricing errors before an order is fulfilled.

6. Orders are final

There's no separate proof or approval step. What you see in the Design Studio - your artwork placed on the real product - is exactly what gets printed. The design itself can't be edited once submitted, so review it carefully (spelling, placement, colors) before adding it to your cart. You can still cancel your order or update its shipping address after placing it - see Section 7.

7. Cancellations & changes

You can cancel your order yourself, online, any time before it enters production - visit Cancel or Change Order and enter your order number and the email used at checkout. Orders typically enter production once daily, so there's usually little to no window. If it's already too late to cancel online, email us immediately and we'll do our best, but can't guarantee it.

Need to fix your shipping address instead? That has a longer window since it doesn't depend on when production starts - visit Change Shipping Address any time before your order ships. The design itself can't be changed on an existing order; cancel and reorder if you need a different design, size, or garment. See our Refund Policy for details.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HHS Prints is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your order or use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected item(s).

9. Our intellectual property

Everything we built to run this store - the HHS Prints name and logo, the site itself, the Design Studio tool and how it prices and previews a design, our product photography, and the words on these pages - belongs to Hype Heaven Studios Inc. (operating as HHS Prints). We don't license copying our Design Studio's mechanics, scraping our product photos, or reusing our site text elsewhere casually - email us if you want to. None of this touches your own artwork, which stays yours - see our Artwork Authorization & Reproduction Agreement.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
