Shipping policy
1. Delivery timeline
Every order is custom-decorated after it's placed, so delivery has three stages:
- Preparing your blank garment - 2 to 7 business days, depending on which warehouse (Vancouver, Calgary, or Ontario) currently has it in stock.
- Decoration (embroidery, DTF, or DTG) - 2 business days once the blank arrives.
- Shipping to you via Chit Chats - typically 2-8 business days depending on your location and service level.
Estimated total: roughly 6-17 business days, though most orders land in the middle of that range. These are estimates, not guarantees - actual delivery can vary. We currently ship within Canada only.
2. Address changes
Need to fix your shipping address after ordering? You can update it yourself, online, any time before your order ships - visit our Change Shipping Address page and enter your order number and the email used at checkout. Once your order has shipped, the address can't be changed online; email us and we'll do our best, but can't guarantee it.
3. Tracking & lost packages
You'll get a tracking link once your order ships. We're not responsible for carrier delays once a package is in transit. If your package is lost or never arrives, see our Refund Policy.
