What “no minimum” actually means

Most shops around here are screen printers. Screen printing burns a screen per colour, so a 12- or 24-piece minimum isn't them being difficult — it's the only way that process pays for itself. We print digitally, so a run of one costs us the same per piece as a run of a hundred.

DTG and DTF: no minimum at all. One shirt is a normal order.
Embroidery: no hard minimum either, but a one-time digitizing fee applies under 12 pieces and is waived at 12+. It covers a design up to 5,000 stitches.
No setup fee on DTG or DTF, at any quantity.

Which method your job actually needs

Each of these is genuinely better at something and genuinely worse at something else. Here's the honest version.

DTG print

Full colour, soft hand-feel, printed directly into the fabric so there's nothing sitting on top of the shirt.

100% cotton tees and hoodies only
Priced by design size, up to 15″×17″
Brightest on lighter garments, more subdued on darks — the ink soaks into the fibres rather than covering them
Wash inside out and it holds colour longer

Best for: soft, photo-quality prints on cotton tees.

DTF transfer

Full colour and photo-realistic, pressed onto the garment — so it isn't fussy about what the garment is made of.

Handles blends and polyester that cotton-only DTG can't take
Priced by design size, up to 15″×17″
Available on hats too — knit beanies are the exception, since a transfer can't press flat on a ribbed knit
Feels firm off the press and softens after a few washes. Inside out, low heat, and it won't crack

Best for: bright art on anything that isn't 100% cotton.

Embroidery

Stitched thread, textured, and the finish people read as premium on workwear, polos and hats.

Priced by stitch count — a dense filled logo costs more than open lettering the same size
A fixed palette of 15 thread colours. That's a hard limit, not a style tip: a design needing more can't be stitched as submitted
Lettering under about a quarter-inch loses its shape once stitched
Optional 3D puff on hats only, +$5/pc, and only on bold blocky shapes

Best for: logos on hats, polos and jackets.

Thread can't blend into a gradient or hold fine photographic detail the way DTF and DTG can. If your design is a photograph or a gradient, embroidery is the wrong tool and we'll say so.

How ordering works

Upload your art. A PNG, JPG or SVG you own. Your own file almost always prints better than an AI-generated image — most AI tools output around 1024×1024px, which is sharp for a few inches and soft at chest size.
Place it and see the price. Drag it onto the garment. DTG and DTF price by how big the design is; embroidery prices by stitch count. The number updates live — there's no quote email to wait for.
We source the blank and decorate it. Everything is made to order, so nothing sits in a warehouse pre-printed.
Pick it up in Abbotsford or have it shipped to Aldergrove. Local pickup is free.

Decoration takes about two business days once the blank is in our shop. The honest variable is the blank itself — how fast it reaches us depends on which warehouse stocks it. The date shown at checkout accounts for both.

Straight answers

Can you really print just one shirt?

Yes. One is a normal order on DTG and DTF, and it costs what one shirt costs — there's no small-order surcharge waiting at checkout.

Do you do screen printing?

No. We run DTG, DTF and embroidery only. If you have a 500-piece single-colour job where screen printing genuinely wins on price, we'll tell you that rather than take the order.

Can you print on polyester?

Not with DTG — that's 100% cotton tees and hoodies only. DTF handles polyester and blends, so that's what we'd use for a jersey or a performance tee.

Will the print crack or fade?

DTG soaks into the fibres, so there's nothing on the surface to crack. DTF sits on top and lasts well if you turn the garment inside out and skip high heat in the wash and dryer. Heat is what kills a transfer, not time.

How many colours can you embroider?

Fifteen, from a fixed thread palette. We match your design to the closest colour in that set. A design needing more than fifteen distinct colours can't be embroidered as submitted — DTF is the way to do that one.
