Do I receive a physical garment or an image?
An image. The free mockup is virtual — a realistic picture of your logo on the garment you choose, emailed to you so you can review it and share it with your team. Nothing is printed or shipped until you approve it and place an order.
If you would like a physical sample before committing to a large order, ask us and we will let you know what we can arrange.
Is the mockup provided at no cost?
Yes. The virtual mockup and the quote are both provided at no cost, with no obligation to order. It is the most straightforward way to see how your logo will look before deciding.
Is there a minimum order?
No. We accept any quantity, from a single piece to ten thousand. Most decorators impose a minimum of a dozen or more; we do not.
What changes with quantity is the discount, not the eligibility. Decoration is discounted from 51 pieces, and the garment itself from 100. Both increase as the quantity grows — see the volume pricing beside the form.
How does payment work?
Fifty percent on placing the order, and the remaining fifty percent on delivery. There is nothing to pay to receive your mockup and quote — the deposit applies only once you have approved the artwork and asked us to produce it.
Printing or embroidery?
We offer DTG printing, DTF transfers and embroidery. Printing suits detailed, colourful artwork on T-shirts and hoodies; embroidery gives a premium finish on polos, caps and jackets. If you are unsure, we will recommend the best option for your logo and garment.
How long does it take?
Typically 5 to 10 business days after you approve the artwork, plus shipping time. If you have a deadline, please tell us; expedited production is available.
Do you ship across Canada and USA?
Yes, throughout Canada and USA. You will receive tracking once your order ships, and visitors in the USA see prices in US dollars.
Can I reorder later?
Yes. We retain your artwork, so restocking for new staff or a new season takes a single click.
